Welcome to ACES WEEKLY Volume 19, Week Four!
Many contributors to Aces Weekly live working lives that are completely unlike those of most other workers. This is because almost all comic artists and writers are not tied to workplaces - they work at their homes. The drawback of this is their work doesn't necessarily finish when the workplace shuts, as it does for most. And the deadlines can be demanding in comics work, meaning many more hours than an average work week are spent at it. So, while most workers are at leisure or at hobbies after their workday hours, the workers in comics are still at their toil. This would be a terrible situation except for this fact - almost everyone who does what we do, does it from love of it, and is working at what once was their leisure and their hobby. Unfortunate, we're mostly not. Lucky, we mostly are.
And we hope you're enjoying what we enjoy doing for you : )
