ACES WEEKLY Volume 12 Week Four starts here!
It begins as Aces Weekly ends a couple of back-to-back journeys across the seas, spreading the word of what we're up to! I write this on the last day of a trip to India, where there's a fantastic passion for comics that's growing all the time. It isn't a new thing there - they have a great history of comics production - but a burgeoning appreciation for the medium is clearly claiming a wider public now. To me it seems one of those times when, if offered a wide variety of material and subject matter for the widest age-range and taste possible, a market of comics for everyone can be formed, and the current impression of the art form there as one that is only for a niche market can be healthily replaced. It would be good to see that happen there. The people deserve it to happen, and the creators and publishers there can make it happen if they want to. Like Aces Weekly, they can reach out to readers with a marvelous mix, and make the world a better place : )
