Phil Elliott was born in 1960 and was active in fanzines from the ‘70s onwards, his work appearing in Bemusing, The Panelologist, Blitzine, Delapsus Resurgum and Elipse. He launched and edited the Fast Fiction fanzine in the ‘80s and collaborated with Eddie Campbell on Lucifer and comic strips for the music paper Sounds. Phil’s other work includes Greenhouse Warriors, Mr Night, The Man From Cancer, Doc Chaos, Second City, The Suttons, Some Tales From Gimbley, More Tales From Gimbley, Blite, Contraband, TUPELO, Absent Friends and Illeagal Alien. Phil’s work has also appeared in Punch, Knockabout Comics, Escape, Real Ghostbusters and Power Rangers magazine.
